This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team while remaining actively involved on the tools. The role offers strong career development, with the previous incumbent having recently progressed into a Maintenance Manager position.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Diagnose and fault‑find on mechanical and electrical systems
• Support and lead a team of engineers on shift
• Drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes
• Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and performance

• Strong hands‑on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
• Experience with both planned and reactive maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership qualities or supervisory experience
• Ideally from an FMCG or fast‑paced production background

• Salary circa £63,000
• Monday to Friday, days‑only role (great work‑life balance)
