Location: Scape, Wembley

Hours:40 hours per week

As a Housekeeper Supervisor for Scape your main duties will include:

• Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action
• Obtain list of rooms and areas to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments
• Take inventory of stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Perform cleaning duties daily
• Establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
• Understanding and following our health and safety policy, operational procedures, risk assessments and method statements
• To ensure cleaning materials instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSSH
