Assistant Aftersales Manager

Our client is a leading dealership and they're currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Wembley area.

• Basic Salary From £37,440 + Bonus
• 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday

• Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Technical competence (NVQ, ATA, HFC or similar)
• Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points

• Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
• Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
• Leading by example to motivate and develop your team
• Ensuring the dealership's aftersales operations are efficient and profitable
• Building long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
• Demonstrating technical product knowledge and effective communication
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
• Supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance business performance

The salary for this position is £37,440 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
