£38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Monday to Friday | 2,000 Hours Per Week | Three Established Schemes

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead established Extra Care services with strong foundations already in place?

We are recruiting for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee three well-established Extra Care schemes in Wembley, delivering approximately 2,000 hours of care per week across Willow House, Rosemary House and Newcross House.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable service with strong staffing structures, Good CQC ratings and the support needed to focus on quality, engagement and continuous improvement.

The Role

As an Extra Care Scheme Manager
, you will provide operational leadership across three Extra Care schemes, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance and excellent resident outcomes.

You will lead established teams while driving engagement, wellbeing and continuous service improvement across all locations.
