At Redemption Roasters, we believe great coffee can change lives. Our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work on release. After a busy few months, we are hiring Production Assistants to help us roast, pack and ship outstanding coffee on time, every time. This role is located at our new Roastery based in North Wembley

We’re on the lookout for a Production Assistant who wants to grow and learn something new. This could be your chance to step inside a roastery, get hands‑on, and contribute from day one. You’ll keep production flowing, support smooth production days and make sure every bag meets our standards. By doing this each day, you help deliver our social mission.

• Get coffee bagged, packed, and out the door on time
• Keep the roastery clean as you go. You’re handy with a broom and happy to pitch in
• Check the small things that make a big difference, like weights, labels and counts
• Help move stock, put things back where they belong and keep simple records up to date
• Lend a hand to the roasting team with prep and end‑of‑day wrap ups
• Help where needed, from supporting the roasting team to pitching in on quality checks.
• Speak up when something looks off and help solve it with the team
• Get involved with team cuppings to build your knowledge

• Detail minded. Neat labels and tidy benches matter to you
• Practical and happy on your feet, including lifting bags and boxes
• Organised, quick to notice what needs doing and keen to help
• Curious, open to feedback and eager to learn
• A supportive teammate who believes in what we do

• Holds a clean, full UK Driving license to assist with occasional cover for our delivery driver.
