• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties available for both sales and lettings.
• Proactively seek out new listings, both on and off the market, within the local area.
• Conduct property viewings and effectively present residences to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, as well as sellers and buyers.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, overseeing the progression of both sales and lettings transactions.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service across all aspects of the business.

• Previous experience in residential sales and lettings negotiation is essential, preferably in NW London.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Eagerness to continuously expand knowledge and skills within the real estate industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all transactions.

£23,000 - £28,000 Basic / £50K+ OTE

10% up to £50K, 15% between £50-£100k, 20% £100K upwards.

Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 18:00, every other Saturday 9:30am-2pm
