Product Knowledge & Sales Management

Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.

Providing high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor, assisting customers in choosing products, and resolving conflict situations. Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments. Problem-Solving & Strong analytical skills.

Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.

Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.

Adhering to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

Ability to work independently and efficiently and be able to manage own emotions and challenges.
