Based on site in our Crewe office, working hours 08:50am - 5:20pm. Job Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Sales, through consultative conversations, you'll encourage existing customers to trial our own branded products and demonstrate the value and benefits they can bring to their business by making the switch.
* Contacting existing business customers via outbound calls and introducing our own-brand toner solutions.
* Arranging product trials and managing follow-up conversations.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems.
* Delivering quotations and converting opportunities into sales.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across office supplies, paper and labels.
* Achieving revenue, conversion and activity KPIs.
* Collaborating with colleagues across sales and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Skills Required:
* Minimum 1 years' experience in contact centre account management sales.
* Minimum 1 years' experience in an outbound phone-based sales environment excluding account managment.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work towards and achieve KPIs and targets.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. Desirable
