Estate Protection Officer

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit for a number of Estate Protection Officers in the Wembley Park area.

Thursday to Monday

13:00‑21:00 (40 hours per week)

£13.70 per hour

• Act as a visual deterrent for anti-social behaviour in the area.
• Remain vigilant at all times.
• Friendly, helpful and welcoming to visitors.
• Assist tenants with dealing with problems and issues.
• Monitor on-site vehicle movement and issue PCN’s if necessary.
• Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders with regards to issues in and around the site.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors and CCTV license.
• A minimum of 3 years of security experience.
• Strong levels of verbal and written English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and act quickly in difficult situations.
• Be physically fit as the role will require a lot of walking and standing.
