Team Leader / Supervisor (Temp to Perm)

Location: NW10, London

Pay: £13.46 per hour (increasing to £14.42 per hour after successful completion of the probation period)

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Leader / Supervisor to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience who enjoys leading people, maintaining high standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Lead and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Supervise day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed.
• Ensure products are prepared and packed to company standards.
• Promote good housekeeping and maintain a clean, organised work area.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Help train new employees and encourage a positive team environment.

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within Food Production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the team.
• Flexibility with working hours when required.
