Warehouse Operative

JOB PURPOSE:

Warehouse control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents

* Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary

* Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships

* To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner

* To complete all reports and distribute accordingly

* To assist in the operational department when required

* Varied administrative duties when required

* To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors

* To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment

* Warehouse and road crew duties as required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and

EXPERIENCE:

* Qualified Forklift truck operator.
