Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse — more than just a Graphic Designer. Proven in growing Instagram, X (Twitter), and You Tube audiences organically, and the skills to manage these platforms end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for creating, publishing, and moderating all content, while also being a visible Face of Finotive in videos, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.

Because you’ll be explaining our model and creating content for an audience of traders, you must have a solid understanding of FX trading, proprietary trading firms, and how prop firm funding models operate. This will help you produce accurate, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our community.

If you have exceptional video production expertise — from filming to editing to animation — love being on camera, and can combine creative execution with industry knowledge, you might be the one we’re looking for.

• Content Creation & Management
• Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for IG, X, and You Tube.
• Be the Face of Finotive in public-facing video content, including product walkthroughs, dashboard demos, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
• Create fast-paced, high-impact promo videos with top-tier editing and effects.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for all channels.
• Post and schedule content, actively engage with the community, and moderate comments/messages.
• Social Media Growth
• Strategically grow followers and engagement organically across IG, X, and You Tube.
• Collaborate with the affiliate team to create content tailored for campaigns and promotions.
• Analyse performance and prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.
• Brand Representation
• Act as a key public representative of Finotive across all content formats.
• Clearly and accurately explain our prop firm model and trading opportunities.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and values.
• Attended Company events at our Corporate Box at Wembley Stadium.
• Additional Creative Skills (Nice to Have)
• Creation of visual assets for email marketing, paid ads, and affiliate use.

• Proven track record of growing social media audiences organically (IG, X, You Tube).
• Strong video production expertise — filming, editing, animation, and special effects.
• Confident on camera with excellent presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of FX trading, prop firms, and how proprietary funding models operate.
• Comfortable representing a brand publicly and authentically as the Face of Finotive.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to independently plan, produce, and deliver a wide range of content.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• (Preferred) Website design and development skills (Word Press, Webflow, or similar).
