Salary range: The advertised hiring range will be $138,880 - $173,600 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $208,320 annually.

The Program Manager — Power & Environmental Commodities Originator coordinates and manages strategic marketing campaigns for the District's surplus power supply. • Manages environmental origination, structuring, and trading: develops and executes environmental trading strategy. Structures, negotiates, and executes specialized transactions in accordance with District's risk management and credit policies. Serves as primary contact for key wholesale customer contracts. Supports the forward energy trading strategy by executing forward energy trades as required.
• Develops and maintains marketing relationships: conducts sales calls and visits, provides information to prospective counter parties, solicits input on process and product desires from counter parties, and works with legal and finance to optimize the process.
