Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our pediatrics practice in the heart of Washington state!
Details:
- Full-time position
- Outpatient only practice, fully staffed Pediatric Hospitalist team
- Join a team of five physicians and two APPs
- This is a stable group of providers and support staff with very low turnover
- Physician owned and governed multispecialty group
- Developmental Pediatrician and Behavioral Health embedded in provider group
- Epic EMR
- Gold Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout
Compensation/Benefits May Include:
- Guaranteed salary range: $258,800-$279,785
- First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two
- Signing Bonus
- Up to $125k internal loan repayment as well as governmental loan repayment programs

- Relocation expenses covered including packing up to $20k
