Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a dedicated ENT physician to join their established team. This full-time opportunity offers flexible 0.8 or 1.0 FTE options, a general ENT practice scope, and a supportive 1:5 call schedule. Practice Info
- Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health
- Team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP
- Epic Electronic Medical Record
- General ENT practice (fellowships welcome)
Responsibilities
- Provide consults at a local community hospital with a strong hospitalist program
- Perform surgical procedures one day per week
Compensation
- Pay range: $528,000-$556,000
- First-year salary guarantee based on training, experience, certifications, and qualifications
- RVU production beginning in year two plus quality bonus, outreach pay, APP supervision stipend, and more
- Signing bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time position with 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE options available
- 4- or 5-day schedule available
- ENT call is 1:5 (typically one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks)
- One surgical day per week
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician
- Eligible to obtain an active Washington State medical license
- Providers who value high-quality care and work-life balance
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
