Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. This role provides due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet clients’ complex financial needs, working side‑by‑side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business.

What You Will Do
- Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
- Research and financial analysis of target companies.
- Due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
- Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
- Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
- Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management, and ability to lead and drive initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across industries.
- Ability to interact comfortably with senior‑level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings.
The compensation range for this role is $163,000-$240,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
