Implement an engaging social program for residents in assisted living and memory care.

Support small and large group activities, events, and daily opportunities to learn, move, and connect.

• Facilitate purposeful activities and encourage participation
• Coordinate calendars, supplies, and community spaces
• Document attendance and gather resident feedback
• Promote wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity
• Support outings, celebrations, and intergenerational events

• Confidence engaging with seniors one‑on‑one and in groups
• Creativity to make activities inclusive and fun
• Clear communication; social media comfort a plus
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable
• Team player with positive energy and follow‑through

• Activities, recreation, events, or hospitality
• Volunteer or paid roles serving seniors or vulnerable populations
• Customer service roles with multitasking and documentation

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
