Davis, Arneil Law Firm, LLP, a premier North Central Washington law firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney for its Wenatchee office, with experience or interest in litigation to provide legal support in various practice areas, with a focus on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas.
All candidates must be a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association or be taking the next scheduled bar exam. The position is not remote and requires in-office presence, but hybrid work is possible on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research on complex issues
- Assist with discovery processes
- Assist with trial preparation and trial
- Appear independently for motion practice
- Independently perform work to achieve client goals
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent research, writing and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner and ability to improvise when needed
We offer competitive compensation and benefits including:
- Base Salary Range: $75,000-$120,000
- Additional bonus structure is available
- Insurance:
- Medical/disability 100% paid by employer for employee
- Dental/life 75% paid by employer for employee ul>
- 10 days of paid vacation per year
- 11 paid holidays per year
- Retirement: Retirement/profit sharing plan (employer typically pays 12-15% with no employee match required)
- Other: We encourage professional development by paying up to $750 per year for continuing education expenses. We also pay local and state bar association dues.
- Partner Track: Associates may be considered for Partner after 5 years of employment, dependent upon performance. Early consideration may be made for lateral associate hires.
