Litigation Associate

Davis, Arneil Law Firm, LLP, a premier North Central Washington law firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney for its Wenatchee office, with experience or interest in litigation to provide legal support in various practice areas, with a focus on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas.

All candidates must be a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association or be taking the next scheduled bar exam. The position is not remote and requires in-office presence, but hybrid work is possible on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

• Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research on complex issues
• Assist with discovery processes
• Assist with trial preparation and trial
• Appear independently for motion practice
• Independently perform work to achieve client goals

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Excellent research, writing and critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Quick learner and ability to improvise when needed

We offer competitive compensation and benefits including:

• Base Salary Range: $75,000-$120,000
• Additional bonus structure is available

• Retirement: Retirement/profit sharing plan (employer typically pays 12-15% with no employee match required)
• Other: We encourage professional development by paying up to $750 per year for continuing education expenses. We also pay local and state bar association dues.
• Partner Track: Associates may be considered for Partner after 5 years of employment, dependent upon performance. Early consideration may be made for lateral associate hires.
