Production Supervisor

Wenatchee, WA 98801 // Full-time // From $21.00 per hour

For over 75 years, Parsons Photography has been Wenatchee's trusted family-owned photography business. As we prepare for exciting growth, we're looking for a Production Supervisor who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and leading teams to success. As Production Supervisor, you'll be the hub of our production operation—ensuring jobs flow smoothly from start to finish, deadlines are met, and quality stays high. You'll work with a dedicated team, solve daily challenges, and have real input into how we improve our systems.

• Monitor daily production workflow and keep jobs on track for on-time (or early!) delivery
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems—working with your team to find solutions
• Set up incoming jobs and ensure everything's ready for production to begin
• Catch and resolve quality issues during production
• Coach team members on best practices and help them grow
• Build and implement systems that improve accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee digital service delivery as it relates to print workflow
• Troubleshoot software issues that affect workflow and timelines
• Make resource recommendations to management when needed

• Directly influence customer satisfaction through on-time, quality delivery
• Shape how we work by proposing and implementing process improvements
• Develop team members and create a positive, productive work environment

• 1+ years in a time-sensitive production environment (any industry)
• Strong attention to detail—you catch things others miss
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Intermediate Excel and Google Workspace skills
• Comfortable with Windows OS and basic network troubleshooting
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Photography or print production experience
• Experience with workflow or project management software (e.g. Asana)
• Background in process improvement or lean methodology
