• Union Position – $20.30 per hour (plus $0.75 per hour for night shift). Pay increases to $24.66 per hour after 1 year of employment.

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. & 7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with switches every four weeks.
• Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon hiring.
• Stable work history, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and grow.
• "Can do" attitude with a proven track record of reliability.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift/push/pull in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
