Pac Aero’s core businesses include an array of electronic connectors and housings for the world’s most extreme environments. Pac Aero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments.

Pac Aero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface.

Working under general supervision, RF Assembly Technician I is responsible for the assembly of RF connectors to customer specifications. This role also involves performing measurements and inspections to ensure product quality and adhering to safety and production standards.

Mon-Fri, 6am to 2:30pm

• Work cooperatively with all employees.

• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to your lead or supervisor.
• Must be able to retain information and show continued progression of growth towards Level II.

• The ability to find and interpret Engineering Drawings to correctly determine requirements.
• Develop strong understanding of the quality requirements of individual components and the finished product.
• Learn to use the correct tools, equipment, Shop Processes (SP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
• In-process visual inspections under a microscope to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• In-process dimensional inspections with drop indicators, calipers, and micrometers as needed.
• Perform assembly processes as required, such as masking, washing, pin cutting, wiring, ink marking, visual and dimensional inspections.
• Able to detect failure of tooling and equipment.
• The ability to complete tasks in a reasonably timely manner.
