Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA

Employer: Regency Pacific Management – Regency Wenatchee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Wenatchee, WA

Employment type: Full‑time or Part‑time Shift: Evening Shift Salary: $2,415.00 – $3,000.00 (plus $3,000 welcome bonus for FT)

Regency Wenatchee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a state‑of‑the‑art facility that offers skilled nursing and long‑term care services in a compassionate and caring environment. Responsibilities
  • Ensure individualized care plans are followed and provide care‑planning staff with specific information, changes, and observations of each resident’s needs and preferences.
  • Attend to residents’ needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliance use, transferring, ambulation, range‑of‑motion exercises, and communication, in keeping with individuals’ care requirements.
  • Maintain skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
  • Protect each resident’s personal belongings and promptly report missing items according to established policy.
  • Take vital signs and weights, apply creams/ointments, collect specimens, lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices to prevent accidents.
  • Document care in keeping with department policies.
  • Follow prescribed safety and infection‑control procedures.
  • Communicate and interact tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Possess a certified CNA license in the state of employment.
  • Ability to obtain, or hold a current CPR/BLS card.
