Wage DOE: $35.71-$48.06 Full time and part-time positions available Colonial Vista Post Acute is a 4-star skilled nursing facility located in Wenatchee, Washington dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a comfortable and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
