As a Weekend Charge RN, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
You Will:
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, resident treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update and communicate resident ca redocumentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations
- Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
- Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
