What you’ll doGive hands-on nursing care to residents in post-acute rehab and long-term care
Pass medications and treatments safely and accurately
Watch for changes in condition and keep the RN and care team informed
Support and guide CNAs on your unit
Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHRPartner with residents and families on their care and recovery
What you’ll need Current Washington LPN license CPR/BLS certificationA caring heart, good communication and a team-first attitude
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
