Flynn Applebee’s, one of the premier brands of Flynn Group, is looking for an energetic and reliable Dishwasher / General Utility to support our back‑of‑house operations and help ensure a clean, efficient dining environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team, values flexibility, and is eager to grow within a large, globally recognized franchise.

As a Dishwasher / General Utility, you will keep the kitchen area clean, wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, and perform general housekeeping duties in our restaurant. You will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Keep the back‑of‑house clean and organized.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced team to support kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.

• Minimum age 18.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to performing tasks with care and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain stationary and move comfortably for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Tolerance for working in hot, damp conditions.
• Use of protective coverings and disinfectant supplies as required.

• Hourly wage: starting at minimum wage up to $24/hour, plus tips.
