- Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Present product insights and solution recommendations for a complete sales solution.
- Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
- Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand the loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon-sponsored events.
Base pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour (varies by geography, hours, performance). Potential to add up to $16,000 a year in commissions. Top performers can earn total annual compensation of $65,000+ to $73,500+.
Additional bonus:
Bilingual speakers may receive up to $3,000 annually on top of base pay and commission after passing a language assessment.

You’ll need to have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of relevant experience (work or military).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
Even better if you have:
- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
