essential duties and responsibilities- knowledge of and operation of office equipment.
- experience working with google suite.
- maintain office files.
- maintain confidentiality of student and staff records.
- respond to inquiries from students, staff and the general public.
- complete all required correspondence.
- update student files.
- open and distribute mail.
- record telephone calls from parents.
- assist in the preparation of mailings.
- assist administrators as necessary.
- make appropriate announcements over the intercom.
- assist in the registration of students.
