- Monitoring and improving several SCADA Systems (GPMC, InDepth, DTR, T-PUT) to increase throughput and decrease downtime.
- Troubleshoot automation equipment and robots
- NEC / NFPA 70 Code Knowledge
- Design, construct, and integrate continuous improvement on existing and new equipment.
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience in the field
- Proficient in Programming and troubleshooting the following Software and Hardware
- PLC 5, 500, Studio 5000
- Rockwell Communication Architectures
- Ethernet
- Device Net
- DH/RIO
- Fanuc Robots
- ABB Robots
- Auto Cad
- E-Plan
- Siemens HMI's
- Panel view's
- Monitoring and improving several SCADA Systems (GPMC, InDepth, DTR, T-PUT) to increase throughput and decrease downtime.
- Troubleshoot automation equipment and robots
- NEC / NFPA 70 Code Knowledge
- Design, construct, and integrate continuous improvement on existing and new equipment.
- The individual will work with PLCs, SCADA systems, Rockwell controls, and Fanuc/ABB robotics while troubleshooting equipment and implementing continuous improvements that increase throughput and reduce downtime
Experience:
- 2 Year Automation Technology Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a technical/Engineering Field OR
- Technical degree 5-7 years of experience required.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically PLC 5, PLC 500, and Studio 5000
- Rockwell industrial communication and controls systems, including Ethernet, Device Net, DH/RIO, and SCADA
- Microsoft Office Experience
Candidate must be open to working any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd )
- 1st shift 5:30AM-3PM
- 2nd Shift 1:30PM-11PM
- 3rd Shift 9:30PM-7AM
