hand and power tools to measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, solder, assemble, join, and install pipe, valves, and fittings.interpret mechanical and assembly blueprints for conveyors, material handling, robotics, and other automation.operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, vertical lifts, and cranes.plan safe rigging operations by determining accurate load requirements.set up and run conventional and cnc machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) to achieve specified dimensions and finishes.fabricate

punches, specialty tools, steel-rule tools, and t-sets to precise specifications.plan fabrication steps using blueprints, sketches, or models to build tools or assemblies efficiently.check finished work with precision instruments (calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, dial indicators) to confirm tolerances and ensure defect-free parts.preferred experience implementation of planned maintenance programs and use of predictive technologies.hands-on exposure to industrial robotics, automation, and conveyance systems.qualifications six (6) or more years of relevant mechanical trade (pipefitter) experience or a u.s.
