Accounting, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

• Daily Invoice Reconciliation
• Various administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain files
• Responsible for maintaining professional vendor contact/relationships, to include communication of correct billing address, obtaining required documents, resolving issues and other related matters.
• Must have experience with accounts payable/receivable
• Familiar with handling open/opening accounts

• At least 2 years in the field of accounting
• Able to speak both English and Spanish Fluently
• Knowledgeable in Quick Books, Word, Excel, Eclipse is a huge plus
• Must be available MONDAY-FRIDAY
• Anyone that has worked within the plumbing or electrical industry will be highly considered for these positions
