We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Weslaco Motors. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about the company and its services

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is an advantage
