Payne Weslaco Ford Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Weslaco Ford location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software

• Greet customers and assist them with determining their service needs
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the process
• Advise customers on necessary services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately in the system
• Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and service procedures

• Valid driver's license (at least 3 consecutive years) and clean driving record
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty
