We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Optometrist to join our growing practice in Weslaco, TX. This position offers an outstanding balance of routine vision care and specialized clinical procedures, complete with a highly lucrative compensation model and comprehensive student loan support.

Guaranteed Base Salary:$160,000 / year
High-Yield Performance Bonuses:50% Bonuson LASIK co-management and procedures
30% Bonuson specialty lens fits
Earning Potential:$190,000+ total compensation expected
Student Loan Repayment:$12,000 per year paid directly toward your student loans

Core Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and contact lens fittings.
Provide specialty contact lens evaluations and co-manage refractive surgery (LASIK) patients.
Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and disorders.
Maintain clear patient records and communicate care plans effectively.
