GP/UC Veterinarian for Border Animal Hospital, Weslaco, TX. We are seeking a motivated veterinarian for a full-time or part-time role with weekend urgent care coverage. We operate as a busy, full-service general practice during the week and shift to urgent care on weekends. This position offers clinical freedom, flexibility, and a purpose-driven work environment in a veterinarian-owned, supportive team.

• Provide veterinary medical care in a high-volume general practice during the week and urgent care services on weekends.
• Handle a wide range of cases with clinical autonomy and professional judgment.
• Collaborate within a veterinarian-owned, vet-operated, and vet-led team that supports work–life balance; avoid micromanagement.
• Contribute to a culture focused on balance, respect, and compassionate care for patients and clients.
• Deliver high standards of patient care while maintaining client relationships and teamwork.

• Texas Veterinarian license — active and in good standing.
