Food Safety Quality Engineer Assurance-SQF Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail multi task-oriented Food Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• SQF Certification experience is required (3-5 years minimum)
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, SQF, HACCP, CGMP, and other quality standards
• Manage quality systems and documentation
• Lead quality assurance/control (QA/QC) projects
• Coordinate and fabricate quality audits
• Provide training on quality processes to staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in quality assurance management
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality systems
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
