Retail Sales Associate

Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Pawn Store (Nationwide) – Hourly $10.75 to $13.00 plus up to 8% commission on retail transactions.

At First Cash you’ll greet and engage customers, process retail and loan transactions, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.

• Competitive base rate of $10.75 to $13.00 per hour.
• Earn up to 8% commission on retail transactions.

• Greet and interact with all customers to provide a positive experience.
• Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displays maintained.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items with accuracy and compliance.
• Answer incoming calls following company standards.
• Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers clearly.
• Work with coworkers and managers, demonstrating respect and effective communication.
• Collaborate with all employees to create a memorable customer experience.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years old; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work in multiple locations and shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong desire to serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Proficiency in basic math and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus (Bilingual applicants encouraged).
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a U.S. firearms certification if required by local regulations.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash and may offer 2–8% commission based on performance. All employees are required to sign a binding arbitration agreement to resolve disputes.
