Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team at Payne Pre-Owned Weslaco. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong knowledge of our inventory.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with selecting pre-owned vehicles
- Provide information about vehicle features, pricing, and options
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
- Complete paperwork and finalize sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and inventory
