We are hiring a Sales Associate to maximize sales and distribution of all products on an assigned route. The role involves marketing, merchandising, and delivery efforts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance objectives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product quality at retail outlets.

• Associate degree from a two‑year college or technical school
• 1+ years of sales experience in the beverage and/or hospitality industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older and secure a State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Skill to write routine reports and correspondence
• Proficient in English (Spanish a plus); strong interpersonal communication skills
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide in various units of measure)
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs
• Problem‑solving ability in varied scenarios with limited standardization
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
• Willingness to learn and comply with Texas alcoholic beverage laws enforced by the TABC

• Maximize retail efforts through sales and marketing programs
• Build strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel
• Address customer needs promptly
• Improve retail execution within assigned accounts using account standards
• Enhance consumer awareness of brands via shelf management and visual merchandising
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and damage‑free status for sale
• Utilize ordering systems to maintain proper inventory and avoid stockouts
• Solicit primary placement of permanent point‑of‑sale displays in the route
• Monitor competitive placement of signage
• Complete administrative duties efficiently
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Use hands and fingers to handle or feel product; bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Frequently reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, and color vision
