• Perform basic office remodels.
• Apply proper dock maintenance methods.
• Repair or replace basic plumbing fixtures.
• Read site drawings and symbols to repair or replace doors, walls, flooring, and other building materials.

• Repair or install power transmission equipment.
• Repair or replace mechanical apparatus containing bearings, belts, drives, sheaves, and sprockets.
• Perform appropriate preventive maintenance (PM).

• Read hydraulic schematics to repair or identify hydraulic system components.
• Make flow‑control and pressure adjustments to hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
• Perform appropriate PM on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Apply knowledge of wet fire‑suppression systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair basic 120/277 VAC circuits for lighting and equipment.
• Adhere to safe practices when working with electrical equipment.

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, welding, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, or construction trades.

• Working knowledge of 3‑phase AC voltage sources (480 VAC) and basic electrical fundamentals.
• Knowledge of sprockets, bearings, V‑belts, drive belts, and sheaves.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks with attention to detail.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.

• Work while standing, sitting, stooping, walking, bending, with hands overhead, or in a prone position.
• Climb and work from ladders and other elevated work platforms (man‑lift, scissor lift, catwalk, silo).
• Lift and carry up to 75 lb.
• Work in extreme temperatures ranging from –20 °F to 130 °F.
