Program/Financial Assistant – Tobacco Free Florida AHEC Cessation Program (Part‑time)This part‑time Program/Financial Assistant supports both program operations and financial processes for the Tobacco Free Florida AHEC Cessation Program. The role ensures smooth delivery of services and compliance with grant requirements, balancing administrative and financial tasks in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct referral calls and enroll clients into tobacco cessation and other health programs.
- Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with program standards.
- Support the Marketing Coordinator with outreach activities, promotional materials, and event logistics.
- Assist program staff with scheduling, reporting, and day‑to‑day operational needs.
- Assist the Financial Manager with reviewing monthly staff travel and overnight travel documentation.
- Process invoices and expense reports in accordance with organizational and grant guidelines.
- Prepare financial documents and assist with quarterly reporting for the Tobacco Free Florida program.
- Maintain accurate financial records for audits and compliance purposes.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and community partners.
- Prepare correspondence and program materials for internal and external use.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) for program and financial records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books (or similar accounting software).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial and program reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program staff and community partners.

Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
