Staffing Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

Are you an experienced professional in long-term care with a talent for organization and scheduling? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This critical role ensures adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor attendance, manage call-offs, and arrange coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing-related metrics.

• Proven experience in staffing coordination within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
