We’re looking to add a Parts Advisor to our team! Experience required!

• Provide fast, courteous service to technicians, retail, and wholesale customers
• List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets
• Write purchase orders for parts/sublet work; obtain management approval when necessary
• Price and list sublet repairs on repair orders
• Accurately input sales and losses into inventory system
• Maintain and track special-order parts; notify appropriate staff upon receipt
• Keep a customer backorder file updated
• Organize and maintain the special-order parts inventory
• Collect and tag defective parts for warranty claims
• Assist in scrapping parts held for factory claims
• Keep warranty return parts area clean and organized
• Maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and technical bulletins
• Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized
• Be proficient with parts catalogs and accurate parts location

• Knowledge of automotive repair processes
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a team player
• Availability to work potentially Monday–Saturday
• Experience required
• Familiarity with Rey & Rey, CDK
  , or other automotive software is a plus (not required)
