As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You play a vital role in creating a high‑energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. The position is performance‑based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.
