• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly first impression as their go‑to point of contact
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience
• Manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep operations running smoothly
• Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests
• Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for guests and team members
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
