Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales)
Join to apply for the Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) role at Sally Beauty. In this position you’ll help customers discover the best hair, skin, nail, and makeup products to meet their needs and enhance their confidence.
Responsibilities- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- Creative, fun, and passionate team environment.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

- Occasional lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
- May involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
