Through client education, routine visits, and post-treatment homecare, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between “getting a facial” and “having a skincare ritual.”

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
