About Haven Landing
Haven Landing, operated under its parent company Pomelo Properties LLC, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA services to clients served under Florida Medicaid. This role is ideal for RBTs who value ethical practice, clear expectations, and meaningful client impact.
This is a hands‑on role focused on direct service delivery, accurate data collection, and Medicaid‑compliant documentation under BCBA supervision.
OverviewThis is client‑centered, practical ABA work. Most of your time will be spent:
- Delivering direct ABA therapy in client homes and approved remote settings
- Implementing BCBA‑designed behavior intervention plans
- Collecting and recording objective session data
- Completing session notes and documentation per Medicaid standards
Schedules are client‑based and coordinated in advance when possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct ABA therapy aligned with BCBA treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
- Communicate progress, concerns, and incidents appropriately
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions
- Hybrid (in‑home and approved remote sessions)
- Full‑time or part‑time based on caseload and regional demand
- Sessions scheduled according to client authorizations and availability
Suncoast Region of Florida: (Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota Counties)
Required Qualifications- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- High school diploma or GED – REQUIRED
- Eligible to work with Florida Medicaid
- Medicaid‑cleared or able to complete required clearances within 30 days
- Reliable transportation for in‑home sessions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- $22–$28 per hour
, based on experience and scope - Hourly, client‑based workload
