• Drive patient satisfaction by rounding on patients and nursing staff, actively listening to concerns, and resolving meal‑related issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver meals and late trays accurately and on time, following identification protocols and dietary guidelines, including isolation and diabetic tray procedures.
• Assist patients with the meal ordering system, offering non‑clinical guidance on modified diets and ensuring selections align with prescribed nutrition plans.
• Support food service operations by performing tasks such as stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, preparing food items, and operating dishroom equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by using proper sanitation techniques. Other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Graduate or Equivalency
• Food Handler Certificate (FHC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Serve Safe Certification – Accredited Issuing Body
